Drippy Tanners ("we", "us", "our") operates the website drippytanners.co.uk. We sell cosmetic nasal tanning sprays to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

2. Cosmetic Use Only

All Drippy Tanners products are sold for cosmetic use only. They are not medicines, medical devices, or dietary supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or disease.

By purchasing from us you confirm that you understand and accept this. You are responsible for using our products responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided.

3. Age Restriction

Our products are not suitable for persons under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated.

Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the goods are dispatched.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for how to arrange a return.

7. Health & Safety

UV exposure (via sun or sunbed) is required to activate the tanning effect. Always use a suitable SPF when exposed to sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, particularly between 10am and 4pm. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have any underlying health conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drippy Tanners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to adverse reactions caused by improper or irresponsible use of our products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Drippy Tanners and may not be reproduced without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
